Singing Mamas are a wide network of singing groups, specialising in supporting women and their mental health during the perinatal period. Singing Mamas bring women together; to meet, connect and experience the freedom, energy and pure magic of harmony singing.
Women of all ages are welcome - "it takes a village to raise a child".
Other women supporting women is vital for an improved sense of wellbeing.

Each week Singing Mamas leaders work across the UK delivering groups to hundreds of women.
Our approach uses the NHS 5 ways to wellbeing which means that participating mothers:
We meet to sing Thursday mornings, during term time, at The Old School, Fairfield Street, Warrington, 1:00p.m. - 2:30p.m.
This group is funded by HomeStart Warrington & Cheshire - therefore there is NO CHARGE.
We always make time for a brew, a piece of cake and of course a chat.
